The apartments have a spacious living room with open kitchen and cooking island that connects to the luxurious terrace with a magnificent view of the Caribbean Sea. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms can be divided according to your own wishes through the various layout options. This way you can still give your own twist to the house. You can choose from 3 options. The first option is a 180 m2 apartment with 3 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, the second option is a 180 m2 apartment with 2 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and the third option is a 180 m2 apartment with 2 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a spacious work/study room. Each apartment has two parking spaces, a storage room and can use the communal garden, swimming pool and jetty.

The communal garden has a large swimming pool with sun loungers. In addition, there is a large jetty, so you can easily enter the sea. The entire garden has tropical plants and soothing atmosphere elements.
